Garden Cut is an SQF certified facility which undergoes annual certification audits
and unannounced regulatory inspections. We have a fully-documented food safety
program that minimizes the potential of contamination to occur during receiving,
storage, processing, and shipment of products.
Proper control of product temperature is the most important factor affecting
fresh cut produce quality. Cold Chain is continuously managed from our facility
to yours with refrigerated trailers.
Our new facility opens in March 2024 doubling the capacity of our current space
to create a more efficient process flow. Additional space and product lines allows
us to meet the demands of the pre-cut produce market.
